We do not issue cash or credit card refunds on salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you received in the salon, please notify the manager within 3 days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed your initial service. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost.
We gladly accept appointments for all ages. Children are welcomed, but only if they are having a service performed and must be accompanied by an adult.
There is a $25.00 deposit that is charged towards your service at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable should you cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Your appointment is very important to us! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of your service. If you cancel, reschedule or 'no show' your appointment within 24 hours of the time slot, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. Appointments booked online require a credit card to hold the appointment, and the card on file will be charged as indicated above.
Retail products may only be exchanged for equal or lesser value products within 15 days of purchase. Returns are accepted for store credit only. No cash or credit refunds will be given. The product must be unopened and in it original packaging in order to be exchanged or returned.
